SHIPPING
We will do our best to ship your orders within 24-48 hours through Singapore Post once payment has been received. Singapore Post is fast and economical. After receiving your shipping confirmation, expect to receive your item(s) in 3-4 days for Singapore orders or around a week to fourteen days(depending on your home country) for International Orders.
Local postage charges are as follow:
Up to 200gms - S$3.00
Up to 500gms - S$4.00
Up to 1kg - S$5.50
Up to 2kg - S$6.50
Above 2kg - To be adviced
Alternatively, you can also choose to self collect the purchases at our office at 1 Marinetime Square #10-28A HarbourFront Centre every Friday between 1100 to 1730.
As for payment, we accept Credit cards(via paypal), Paypal and Online Bank Transfer.
For International orders, please email hello@purple-firefly.com for a quotation of postal charges.
Rest assured that we will make every effort to get your orders to you quickly and safely, but we are not responsible for any orders lost in transit.
We will try to ship your order to anywhere in the world, but do note that you are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by your local government.
RETURNS
Due to hygiene considerations, once our products leave our facility we do not accept returns.
